Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract, hours provided upon interview
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Active WA Respiratory Therapy License
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications awarded by the American Heart Association
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services for inpatients and outpatients
- Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive respiratory procedures
- Manage ventilators and maintain patient airways
- Perform intubations, insertion of arterial lines, and pulmonary function studies
- Conduct cardiac and pulmonary stress tests and analyze arterial blood gases
- Follow department protocols and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
