Schedule/Hours:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 40 per week
- Shift and workdays: Discuss specific times and rotation during interview
- Weekend: Every other
- Call requirements: Discuss during interview
- Floating: As needed
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current license as Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in respiratory care, with focus on adult critical care
- Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
- Specialty certifications as required for the unit
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled respiratory therapy care to adult patients in critical care
- Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and advanced airway management
- Accurately document assessments, procedures, and patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Float to related units as needed

- Scrub color policy: Confirm specifics for this unit
- Nail care: Clean and healthy, no artificial/gel/next-gen nails
- Neat hairstyles; long hair pulled back in lab
- No visible piercings other than ears; tattoos covered when feasible
- Adherence to hospital attendance and floating guidelines
