As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in this leading healthcare environment, you'll work alongside experienced, collaborative teams while being exposed to a spectrum of patient care scenarios in adult critical care settings. This travel position invites you to expand your professional repertoire, gain valuable insights into different workplace cultures, and refine your clinical skills alongside respected leaders in the respiratory care field.

Schedule/Hours:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 40 per week (discuss preferences during interview)
• Shifts: Rotating, with weekend coverage every other weekend (details to be discussed)
• Floating: As needed to other units

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license and credentials
• Minimum two years' experience in adult critical care
• Proficient in Meditech documentation system
• Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Advanced adult critical care procedures and certifications
• Adaptability to varying patient ratios and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and administer treatments
• Operate state-of-the-art equipment and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care
• Assist in procedures, provide patient/family education, and support quality improvement initiatives

Dress Code & Policies:

• Clean, professional scrubs (specific color will be confirmed)
• No artificial nails/gels; nails must be clean and healthy
• Hair neat, natural in color, securely tied if long
• Tattoos should be covered when possible; visible piercings limited to ears
• Adherence to attendance and floating guidelines
