Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Qualifications:
- Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Valid state licensure
- At least one year of recent, relevant experience in acute care settings
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and high-acuity patient care environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy interventions for patients with complex needs
- Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Ensure optimal operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment
- Provide patient and family education for ongoing care management
