This role will deepen your clinical credentials as you navigate diverse respiratory cases across 266 acute care bedsincluding rotations through all inpatient units and two advanced ICUs. Exposure to state-of-the-art equipmentsuch as Puritan Bennet 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, Phillips V60 +, and Seimens EPOC bedside analyzerswill further enhance your expertise. Collaboration is integral here: daily interdisciplinary rounds provide valuable experience in working alongside physicians, nurses, and allied health teams, broadening your leadership and teamwork skills.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
  • Minimum of three shifts per week
  • Rotating weekends required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist with current licensure
  • Prior experience in critical care & emergency settings preferred
  • Proficiency with ventilator and Bipap management
  • Competence performing aerosols, intubations, arterial line insertion, and bronchoscopy assists
  • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
  • Experience with Meditech documentation system a plus
  • Professional scrubs required

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced respiratory care across all hospital units
  • Manage and set up complex ventilator and respiratory support systems
  • Participate in patient rounds and interdisciplinary care planning
  • Float as needed to support unit staffing and patient demand
