Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in acute care settings preferred
- Willingness and ability to float to the NICU
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy to patients of varying acuity and age groups, including NICU
- Administer treatments, manage ventilators, and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately
