Key Details:
- Schedule/Hours: Night shift, includes some weekends
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) with current license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Experience with ventilators, CPAP, ABGs, and High Flow procedures
- Comfortable with Meditech documentation system
- Advanced respiratory care skills and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new equipment and protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective respiratory therapies including ventilator management, CPAP/BiPAP, ABGs, and high-flow oxygen administration
- Collaborate closely with care teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document all care and clinical interventions
- Comply with all hospital and unit policies, including dress code (maroon or facility scrubs)
