As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a travel capacity, youll collaborate with a seasoned team, gaining exposure to advanced respiratory modalities and state-of-the-art equipment, including Drager vents, Phillips V60 CPAPs, and Arivo2 Hiflo systems. Practicing in this innovative environment will elevate your skills, introduce you to diverse leadership approaches, and help strengthen your rsum for future opportunities.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift position
- Includes some weekends
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current credentials
- Proficient with vents, CPAPs, ABGs, and high-flow oxygen devices
- Advanced competencies: Diagnostic, interventional, therapeutic, and robotic (ION/Intuitive) bronchoscopy, cryotherapy, cautery, fluoroscopy, stent, and fiducial placement
- Experience with pulmonary function testing (CPET, DLCO, pre/post), metabolic cart testing
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellence in respiratory care across varying acuity levels
- Operate leading-edge respiratory equipment
- Participate in complex procedures and emergent interventions as needed
- Document thoroughly using the Meditech system
- Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
