Schedule/Hours:

• Typical shifts with 3640 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend and on-call requirements to be discussed during the interview
• Flexible scheduling options based on unit needs

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience, with a focus on adult critical care
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred
• Adherence to hospital policies, including maintaining professional grooming standards (no artificial nails, visible non-ear piercings, or extreme hairstyles/colors; tattoos must be covered when possible)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to adult critical care patients
• Closely monitor patient status and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Operate state-of-the-art equipment and ensure accurate, timely documentation
• Float to other units as needed, following facility policies
• Maintain pristine infection control and safety practices
