Schedule/Hours:
- Schedules generally include 3640 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend and on-call requirements will be discussed during the interview
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
- Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in adult critical care
- Experience with diverse equipment and Meditech documentation system
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Commitment to professional appearance: approved scrubs, neat hair, no visible non-ear piercings, covered tattoos when possible, and clean, natural nails
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to adult critical care patients
- Operate advanced respiratory equipment and perform relevant procedures
- Document patient assessments and interventions in the Meditech system
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and float to other units as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to attendance and hospital policies
