Schedule and Hours:
- 7:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Rotating weekends
Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- State licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
- BLS and ACLS certifications (as required)
- Previous hospital-based experience preferred
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and protocols quickly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care and therapeutic interventions in acute and critical care settings
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient respiratory needs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including ventilator management and airway care
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health as needed
- Ensure accurate patient documentation and compliance with safety standards
