Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• At least one year of recent acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Primary Duties:

• Administer respiratory care modalities as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and document therapy outcomes
• Manage ventilators and provide life-saving interventions
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and disease management
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
