With a 140-bed facility equipped with the latest respiratory therapy devices, including the Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1, youll work alongside supportive staff and use industry-leading technology. The hospitals forward-thinking approach and focus on continuous improvement will gratify your commitment to excellent patient outcomes and ongoing education.

Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend coverage

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active BLS and ACLS; NRP preferred, but may be obtained post-hire
• Minimum of 2 years recent RT experience
• NICU experience required
• Proficient with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and Hamilton C1 ventilators
• Must wear all-black scrubs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level respiratory care to adults and neonatal patients, including advanced procedures in the NICU
• Utilize Meditech for documentation
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff and participate in department best practice initiatives
• Ensure patient comfort and safety while maintaining high standards in respiratory therapy
