Schedule:
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Includes every other weekend
Required Qualifications:
- Active RRT credential
- Minimum 2 years of general Respiratory Therapy experience
- Expertise in NICU settings (at least a competency level of 3)
- Proficiency with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and ventilator support
- BLS and ACLS certifications (NRP preferred or willing to obtain after hire)
- Comfortable wearing all black scrubs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to adult and NICU patients using advanced equipment (Hamilton C1, V60, Hamilton MR1)
- Assist with neonatal intubations and manage mechanical ventilation cases
- Effectively document in the Meditech EMR system
- Maintain excellent patient experience and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
