Desired Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Current certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS
- Proven proficiency with vents, CPAPs, ABGs, Hiflos, and associated respiratory therapy procedures
- Experience using Meditech documentation systems a plus
- Ability to wear maroon uniform scrubs or use facility-provided attire
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and monitor advanced respiratory care, including ventilators, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy
- Assess, evaluate, and document patient progress using Meditech
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Adapt to new technology and best practices in patient care
