Schedule/Hours:
- 6:30am 7:00pm
- 6:30pm 7:00am
Qualifications:
- Valid Respiratory Care license for Pennsylvania
- Critical care experience required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
- Proficient in advanced respiratory modalities and ventilator management
- Commitment to high standards of patient-centered care
- Flexibility to quickly integrate into new teams
- Navy blue scrubs required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to critical care patients
- Assess, plan, and implement patient-specific respiratory therapy interventions
- Monitor patient responses and modify treatments based on condition changes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best practices
