As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a dynamic 240-bed facility, youll collaborate with a tenured team recognized for excellence and innovation. This opportunity provides the chance to work with state-of-the-art technology like the Hamilton G5, enhance your practice in busy NICU, ICU, and Med-Surg environments, and strengthen your professional credentials through exposure to varied leadership approaches and a commitment to patient-centered care. Schedule/Hours:

  • 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
  • Flexible scheduling options

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months recent acute care hospital RRT experience
  • Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
  • CRT or NBRC credentials required
  • Preferred: Experience with Meditech EMR, PICU, and NICU settings

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapies
  • Set up and manage ventilators; assist with intubations
  • Perform ABGs and patient/staff education
  • Independently manage patient caseloads in ED, Peds, ICU, NICU, Med-Surg units
  • Play a pivotal role in therapy and ventilator liberation, especially in critical care areas
