As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a dynamic 240-bed facility, youll collaborate with a tenured team recognized for excellence and innovation. This opportunity provides the chance to work with state-of-the-art technology like the Hamilton G5, enhance your practice in busy NICU, ICU, and Med-Surg environments, and strengthen your professional credentials through exposure to varied leadership approaches and a commitment to patient-centered care. Schedule/Hours:
- 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months recent acute care hospital RRT experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- CRT or NBRC credentials required
- Preferred: Experience with Meditech EMR, PICU, and NICU settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapies
- Set up and manage ventilators; assist with intubations
- Perform ABGs and patient/staff education
- Independently manage patient caseloads in ED, Peds, ICU, NICU, Med-Surg units
- Play a pivotal role in therapy and ventilator liberation, especially in critical care areas
