This assignment offers you the chance to work within a dynamic 350-bed unit featuring cutting-edge technology, including Hamilton G5/C1/T1 ventilators, V60, and Vyair Avea systems. Collaborate with a knowledgeable team of 38 staff memberseach shift supported by dedicated charge therapistsgaining insights from tenured colleagues with diverse backgrounds. The environment actively encourages the exchange of new ideas, exposure to leadership styles, and the adoption of best practices, enhancing your clinical acumen and adaptability.

Expand your professional profile by managing a wide range of respiratory therapies, including ventilator and airway management, in partnership with multidisciplinary teams. Dive deeper into specialized care, with preferences for those experienced in PEDS, NICU, or PICU settings, and benefit from hands-on use of the latest equipment. Experience Meditech Electronic Medical Records in daily clinical practiceprior knowledge is preferred but not requiredenabling you to boost your informatics skills.

Schedule:

  • 7P - 7A shifts
  • Weekend rotations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RRT hospital experience
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
  • Meditech EMR proficiency (preferred)
  • PEDS/NICU/PICU experience (preferred)
  • Energetic, collaborative, and honest character with a patient-focused mindset
