Key Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Current state respiratory care license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Recent clinical experience in acute care or hospital environments preferred
- Proficient in delivering therapeutic respiratory interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments for patients across varied acuity levels
- Administer and monitor respiratory therapies, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway clearance techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
