Role Overview: As a Respiratory Therapist II, you will take on an advanced scope of practice with responsibility for complex patient care, primarily in critical care settings. This position focuses on autonomous ventilator protocol management, advanced medication administration, and patient/family education. Youll collaborate on multidisciplinary teams, act as a mentor to new staff, and engage in professional and self-development activities. Key Duties:
