As a valued member of a high-performing 240-bed facilitys respiratory therapy team, youll have the chance to collaborate closely with an experienced, supportive group of professionals. This environment promotes both autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to refine your clinical skills while gaining exposure to diverse patient populationsfrom ED and pediatric units to NICU and ICU settings. With advanced equipment like the Hamilton G5 and a strong focus on continuous learning, youll be well-positioned to expand your expertise and strengthen your resume.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shifts: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
  • Flexible scheduling options available

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist certification (CRT or NBRC)
  • Minimum 6 months recent acute care hospital RRT experience
  • Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
  • Team-player, collaborative by nature

Preferred:

  • Meditech EMR experience
  • Previous work in PICU and/or NICU settings

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer a wide range of respiratory therapies and treatments
  • Set up and manage ventilators, including in the NICU/ICU
  • Assist with intubations and perform ABGs
  • Deliver patient and staff education
  • Collaborate directly with multidisciplinary teams
  • Play a central role in ventilator liberation protocols

$1,452 - $1,536/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
