Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Active BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in all Respiratory modalities (adult, pediatric, and neonatal a plus)
- Experience providing safe, evidence-based care in acute settings
- Adaptability to new environments and electronic medical record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver all aspects of respiratory therapy care, including oxygen administration, airway management, and ventilator support
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care interventions
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Document all therapy and patient observations accurately and timely
- Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory health and equipment use
