Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required (CRT not accepted)
- Active Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Proficiency with Epic, Pyxis, and standard clinical software
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working in fast-paced hospital environments
- Familiarity with networked clinical applications
Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
- Accurately document therapies and interventions in medical records
- Adjust ventilator parameters and provide airway management as needed
