Qualifications:
- Valid, current Registered Respiratory Therapist license
- Previous experience in acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy preferred
- Strong assessment, troubleshooting, and ventilator management skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a dynamic clinical team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality a must (strict attendance policy enforced with review for medical emergencies)
Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients per physician orders
- Monitor patient status and adjust care plans as needed
- Provide critical support in emergency and intensive care situations
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals on patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation under facility policies
