Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials
- Demonstrated experience in a NICU setting
- Competency in performing respiratory diagnostics and functional testing
- Familiarity with creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Experience with phlebotomies and IV starts/removals
- Excellent interpersonal skills to educate patients about treatments and equipment
- Adaptability to fast-paced clinical environments
