Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled respiratory care for patients of all ages, including administering treatments, ventilator management, and airway care.
  • Perform accurate assessments and document findings in accordance with clinical policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide life-saving respiratory interventions.
  • Educate patients and families on therapies, treatments, and disease management as appropriate.
  • Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and functionality of respiratory equipment.
  • Adhere to all infection prevention and patient safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
  • Current licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Prior experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
  • Proficient with a wide range of respiratory modalities and mechanical ventilation.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and time-management abilities.
