This is an opportunity to expand your resume with invaluable experience in a 371-bed hospital featuring specialized units, an active Emergency Department, and a Level 2B Nursery. Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Days/Evenings, rotating shifts required
  • Every other weekend rotation
  • Day position may include 11a11p shifts as needed, Night shift is standard

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting, including ventilator management
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • Proven ability to draw arterial blood gases
  • Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
  • CRT or RRT credential from NBRC
  • Experience with EPIC charting system and PB980/Hamilton T1 transport ventilators is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert care in both critical care and med/surg environments
  • Manage advanced ventilator equipment for diverse patient populations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a high-acuity hospital environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
