Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Pediatric ICU or Neonatal ICU
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven skills in advanced respiratory care for critically ill infants and children
- Strong critical thinking and team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to NICU and PICU patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement treatment protocols
- Monitor patient responses, adjust ventilator parameters, and administer therapeutic interventions
- Document all interventions and patient progress accurately
- Educate patients families on care plans and equipment as needed
