Required Skills & Experience:

  • Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Advanced knowledge of respiratory therapy modalities, equipment, and protocols
  • Prior experience in acute care and/or hospital settings preferred
  • Ability to assess respiratory needs and deliver care for a wide spectrum of patients
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced certifications a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with respiratory disorders
  • Operate mechanical ventilators, administer oxygen therapy, and manage airway devices
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient care and therapy progress
  • Educate patients and family members on respiratory care procedures
  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and infection control
