Schedule:

  • Every other weekend (EOW)
  • Every other holiday (EOH)
  • May require floating to nearby sites within 40 miles or within skill set

Qualifications:

  • Active WI Respiratory Therapist license (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
  • PALS certification required; NRP certification optional
  • Current or recent (within 12 months) critical care experience
  • Ability to effectively manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior travel respiratory therapy experience highly desirable
  • Proficient with EPIC electronic medical records
  • Adaptability to float between units or facilities as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care in acute and critical settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Respond efficiently to emergent patient situations
  • Accurately document all assessments, treatments, and patient responses in EPIC
  • Float between units or local partner sites as assignment requires
