As a travel therapist, youll not only enhance your clinical experienceespecially with critical care and NICU patient populationsbut also develop valuable flexibility by adapting to new teams and environments, broadening your professional scope and advancing your resume.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 13 week assignment
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Shifts: mix of nights, 12s and 8s; 06:30-15:00 or 06:30-19:00
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend coverage
  • No required on call/call back
  • Orientation start: 5/6

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with current WI RRT license
  • Minimum 3 years recent respiratory therapy experience
  • NICU experience required
  • Experience with emergency, critical care
  • Current EPIC charting within the last 12 months
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT/CRT
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
  • Adaptable, hardworking, and thrives in change

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to critical care and NICU patients
  • Float to Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, and other units based on census and facility needs
  • Deliver patient care within scope of skills and maintain excellent professional standards
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in dynamic settings
