This role promises significant growth as you collaborate across multiple units and facilities, broadening your expertise and expanding your rsum in critical and emergency care. With night shifts and the support of a collaborative team, youll have ample time to explore local shops, regional cuisine, and nearby lakes and trails during your downtime.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 guaranteed hours/week (Nights: 12s and 8s)
  • Typical shifts: 0630-1500 or 0630-1900
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required
  • 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert-level care to NICU and critical-care patients
  • Float to Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago, and various units as needed based on census; maintain flexibility across facility locations
  • Accurately document patient progress in EPIC (current within last 12 months)
  • Adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional care at all times

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) with active WI RRT license
  • Minimum 3 years respiratory therapy experience, including NICU
  • ACLS and BLS certifications (required upon application)
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and strong social skills
  • Proficiency in emergency and critical care
  • Covid-19 vaccination required (exemptions considered)
