Schedule/Hours
- 13-week travel contract
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
- Every third weekend and holiday rotation
- Float coverage as needed to Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, and additional units
Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with current WI RRT license
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Recent work in critical care; strong emergency and NICU experience highly desirable
- Current Epic charting skills within the last 12 months
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
- Hard-working, resilient, and adaptable; strong social skills for thriving in fast-paced settings
- Covid-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional respiratory therapy in emergency, critical care, and NICU settings
- Float between assigned hospitals and units based on census and patient needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Consistently demonstrate adaptability, clinical expertise, and professionalism
