Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Michigan
- Demonstrated clinical competency with all standard respiratory therapies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Professional accountability with excellent attendance record
Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and care for patients requiring respiratory therapy
- Administer respiratory care procedures and protocols as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patient responses and make recommendations for modifications in therapy
- Educate patients and families on treatments and equipment use
- Maintain accurate documentation and work closely with nursing and medical staff
