Schedule/Orientation Dates:
- Orientation offered bi-weekly throughout the year (multiple dates available for flexibility)
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with current licensure
- Previous acute care respiratory experience preferred
- Must live at least 60 miles from the facility address to qualify as a travel candidate
- Complete submission packet required: resume, self-assessment, and skills checklist
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care to patients across multiple departments
- Perform and interpret diagnostic studies, including arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document treatments and responses in accordance with facility protocols
