Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, 3x12 shifts (1830-0700)
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- 13-week assignment
- Weekends and call as required
Key Qualifications:
- RRT with Missouri Board for Respiratory Care license
- BLS and ACLS (AHA only; PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in adult critical care and a fast-paced ED with trauma exposure
- Blood gas drawing, processing, and interpretation preferred
- Confident, adaptable, and resourceful with strong time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory therapy to patients in SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, Neuro, and Trauma areas
- Implement ventilatory management with Avea, LTV transport, V60 Bipap, and high-flow systems
- Perform blood gas analysis as needed
- Float to various critical care settings within the hospital
