Working in a 507-bed hospital with a span covering the entire facilityincluding Adult and Neurosurgical ICUs, Regional NICU, Labor & Delivery, med-surg floors, and the Emergency Departmentyoull find unparalleled opportunities to expand your clinical expertise. Schedule/Hours:
- 4/7 department coverage across all inpatient areas
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- At least 1 year of recent acute hospital experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Adult ICU
- Proficiency with ventilators (Drager vents V60, V30), CPAP/BiPAP units, vest therapy, Metaneb, Airvo, Vapotherm, NOxBOx for Nitric Oxide
- Comfortable charting in EPIC
- Able to adapt to fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams
- Any color scrubs permitted
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy across ICU, NICU, L&D, and med-surg floors
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using advanced modalities
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
- Respond swiftly in emergency and critical care scenarios
- Document care in EPIC, ensuring accuracy and compliance
