Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Pediatric ICU or Neonatal ICU
- Current, unencumbered state respiratory license
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- BLS and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to critically ill pediatric and neonatal patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity settings
- Conduct assessments, implement therapies, and monitor patient progress
- Operate and maintain advanced respiratory equipment and ventilators
