As a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, youll spend the majority of your time in critical care settings, working with patients facing complex health challenges. Key responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory medications, manage ventilator support, and deliver integrated care in high-acuity settings.
• Deliver patient and family education tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate the development of fellow staff and participate in onboarding and education for new team members.
• Demonstrate awareness of population-specific needs, addressing physical, emotional, developmental, and psychosocial factors in all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Previous experience in acute or critical care environments strongly preferred.
