Schedule/Hours:

• Travel contract assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care to complex patients in critical care settings
• Administer medications and manage protocol-based ventilator support
• Make independent, informed decisions in dynamic situations
• Provide education to patients and their families/support networks
• Participate in ongoing staff training, mentoring, and professional development activities
• Assess and respond to the population-specific needs of patients
• Engage in the orientation and education of new team members

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current state licensure or eligibility
• Previous experience in acute and critical care settings
• Demonstrated familiarity with ventilator management protocols
