Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts, including some weekends
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
- Current PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications (required)
- Demonstrated experience with ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, ABGs, and HiFlo oxygen therapy
- Ability to wear maroon scrubs or utilize facility-provided attire
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients using advanced modalities including vents, CPAPS, ABGs, and high-flow oxygen
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize clinical outcomes
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses using Meditech
- Engage with and support staff, contributing to a positive and high-performing department
