Deliver advanced respiratory care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a critical care environment, managing complex patient cases with a high degree of autonomy and clinical judgment. This travel opportunity, based in Atlanta, GA, involves direct patient care, medication administration, and ventilator protocol management primarily in intensive care units.
Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory medications and provide comprehensive respiratory therapy based on established protocols and clinical evaluation.
- Manage ventilators and deliver care for patients with multiple complex conditions independently.
- Educate patients, families, and support systems about respiratory care and treatment plans.
- Participate in staff development through training and mentoring new employees and colleagues.
- Coordinate activities within the respiratory therapy team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance respiratory therapy skills.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
