Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Proven experience providing respiratory care in a hospital or clinical setting
• Familiarity with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway management techniques
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively in urgent situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, variable shifts may be required based on patient needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, and administering respiratory care procedures to patients with respiratory disorders
• Operating and maintaining respiratory therapy equipment such as ventilators and oxygen delivery systems
• Monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and updating medical records accurately
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
• Responding to emergency situations, including code blue alerts, and delivering timely respiratory interventions
• Educating patients and their families about proper respiratory care techniques and equipment use
