Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts, 3x12-hour (18:30 07:00)
36 guaranteed hours weekly
13-week assignment
Weekend and call requirements as needed

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist with current RRT and Missouri licensure
BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) required; PALS preferred
At least one year of experience, including adult critical care and high-volume trauma/Emergency Department exposure
Strong skills in blood gas sampling, processing (GEM), and interpretation preferred
Excellent time management and teamwork
Confident, adaptable, and able to float between multiple high-acuity departments
Must comply with seasonal flu vaccination policy (or facility-approved exemption for travel staff, no declinations)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population across SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, Neuro, and Trauma units
Operate advanced respiratory equipment (Avea ventilators, V60 BiPAP, VapoTherm, Airvo, LTV transport)
Accurately document care using EPIC EMR
Respond to critical emergencies and contribute to a collaborative care environment
Uphold dress codeblack scrubs required
