Schedule/Hours:
- Shift/Workdays: Schedule details will be confirmed during the interview process
- Weekend shifts: Every other or as discussed during the interview
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 40 per week
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active credentials
- At least 2 years recent experience in Adult Critical Care
- Proficient in using Meditech documentation systems
- Strong adaptability for floating to other units as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
- Commitment to attendance and reliability per company-wide policies
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to adult critical care patients
- Operate a range of respiratory equipment and therapies
- Collaborate using Meditech documentation for accurate recordkeeping
- Support the healthcare team in the delivery of evidence-based practice
- Float to other departments as patient needs and staffing require
- Adhere to department dress code, including appropriate scrubs, conservative hair, and covered tattoos; maintain clean, healthy nails
