Schedule:
- 7:00 AM 6:30 PM, with rotating weekends
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Valid state licensure for Respiratory Therapy
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- At least one year of recent experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care for adult and pediatric patients
- Administer treatments, manage ventilators, and perform advanced procedures as indicated
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Document and evaluate patient response; adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and therapies
