Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Active license as required by state regulations
• Recent experience in acute care or hospital settings
• Proficiency in ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care to patients across diverse units, including trauma, NICU, pediatrics, and cardiology
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medication delivery, and pulmonary function tests
• Manage advanced life support techniques, including mechanical ventilation and airway care
• Monitor patient responses, document interventions, and adjust care plans as indicated
• Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and therapies to promote understanding and wellness
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection prevention, and patient advocacy
