Seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This contract opportunity in Alpharetta, GA, offers a chance to apply your specialized skills with a reputable healthcare team supporting diverse patient needs overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality respiratory therapy services including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with respiratory disorders
- Perform diagnostic testing, manage ventilators, and adjust therapies based on patient response
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols and standards
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (NBRC required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the respiratory specialty
- Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Schedule:
- 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, varying shifts within this time frame
- Contract length: 13 weeks
