As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, youll work across a distinguished facility featuring a Level 2 Trauma Center, advanced stroke and chest pain programs, and an established residency program. This role delivers collaborative opportunities with experienced healthcare leaders and exposure to cutting-edge practices and technology. You will gain valuable skills in a variety of settingsranging from emergency and med-surg to critical carebroadening your clinical expertise and enhancing your professional profile for future career growth.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Willing to consider first-time travelers
- RRT credential required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong skills in mechanical ventilator management and therapist-driven protocols
- Intubation experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR and equipment such as Getinge Servo U, Servo Air, and ABL90 (POCT) a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care to patients across departments, including ED, ICU, med-surg, oncology, ortho, pulmonology, and more
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate leadership in patient care
- Engage in high-autonomy, supportive department culture
- Participate in orientation for both facility and departmental onboarding
- Adhere to safety, documentation, and departmental protocols
