Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
- Active state Respiratory Care Practitioner license in OK or eligible for reciprocity
- Proven experience in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Previous experience training or mentoring RT staff is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
