Schedule:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Rotating shifts
  • Every other weekend required
  • Rotating holidays

Key Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
  • Ability to function well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience with a variety of respiratory therapy modalities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient progress
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
